NEW MODEL UNICO 400, with its 3 manuals, 56 voices, tilt-tab stop arrangement, and the same Unico 500 stoplibrary, provides everything conveniently at your fingertips to experience thepower of Physis's modelling technology.
TheUnico 400 is a three-manual organ with 32-note pedal board, 56 register tabs + 7orchestral registers. The organ features an elegant console cabinet withroll-top cover. It’s the ideal instrument for the advanced student ormedium/large sized church. There’s a huge library of internal registers throughwhich the user can easily customise the instrument to his/her liking.
Developedwith the award-winning and patented Physis® physical modelling technology, whichreproduces the physical phenomena involved in the sound generation of the pipeorgan, the Unico 400 is capable of generating the highest-fidelity, mostauthentic church organ sound.
Parametersettings are easy to access, modify and store through the graphic display onthe front panel. The "Action Tracker" style keyboard accuratelydetects touch by obtaining the speed of actuation of the keys, making itpossible to feel a "Tracker Touch" effect, i.e .the correlationbetween the "touch" of the organist and the transient attack of eachvirtual pipe.

Knowingthe importance of the classic-organ keyboard, we’ve taken the utmost care inselecting the absolute best components. The mechanics of the keys gives theimpression of a true “Tracker Action”, by obtaining the speed of actuation ofthe keys – making it possible to feel the “Tracker Touch” effect. i.e. thecorrelation between the “touch” of the organist and the transient attack ofeach virtual pipe. The keyboard is not only comfortable and consistent toplay, but also dynamically sensitive, which is useful for the MIDI andOrchestral sounds – but also essential to provide the “Tracker Touch” effect.

Complete Connections
Acomplete selection of external connections is smartly and convenientlysituated. In addition to Standard connections (MIDI In, Out, Thru; Headphones,stereo inputs), there’s a microphone with gain control, 12 external multipleouts + 1(Sub) – with the option to expand these to 20+1(Sub). There are alsoUSB host and Device connections.For the USB Host connection, it’s possible to use a thumb drive to saveand upload sound settings. For the USB Device connection, you can connect to aPC to personalise all aspects of the organ. With the Optional “Physis Editor”for PC, you can modify every single register for every single note – includingvolume, pitch, spacial disposition – and many other parameters
