- No Garage Access and No WIFI
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.
- Slipway is located at the end of the street.

Spread across two levels, this spacious accommodation features four beautiful bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. The upstairs area boasts a living area, kitchen, and dining table, allowing for enjoyable meals and quality time with loved ones. Step out onto the back veranda and immerse yourself in the serene surroundings, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature.
With three well-appointed bathrooms, there's no need to worry about queues or sharing facilities.
On the lower level, you'll find an entertainment haven with a pool table and TV area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. With one of three bathrooms on this floor, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Just a two-minute drive away, you'll find the stunning beach, where you can soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip, or enjoy long walks along the sandy shores. If you're an avid boater or love water activities, the boat ramp is also conveniently only two minutes away. For those seeking some outdoor fun, Lyons Park is just a five-minute walk from the property.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
