Welcome to Waterfront Delight on Cater, a charming holiday rental located in the beautiful Sussex Inlet. This property offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for up to seven guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- No Aircon and WIFI.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets ARE allowed (Outside only) (Please note, one side fence is 700mm high and there is no fence along the water’s edge)
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Inside:
Spread across two stories, Waterfront Delight offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. On the first story, you'll find a cozy lounge room with a TV and a fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for evenings spent unwinding with your loved ones. There is also a well-appointed bedroom and a convenient bathroom on this level.
Ascending to the second story, you'll discover another inviting lounge room equipped with a TV and a CD player, providing entertainment options for your enjoyment. The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully combined in the same room, making meal preparation, and socialising a breeze. Additionally, there is a second bathroom conveniently located on this level, along with the remaining two comfortable bedrooms.
Outside:
One of the highlights of Waterfront Delight is the balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and is furnished with outdoor furniture. The property boasts a backyard that includes a private jetty, allowing you to easily access the pristine waters and indulge in activities such as fishing, boating, or simply lounging by the water's edge. There is also an undercover area where you can relax, dine, or host a barbecue, providing additional options for outdoor enjoyment.

Waterfront Delight is conveniently located just a two-minute drive from the town centre, ensuring easy access to local amenities, shops, and restaurants.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
