- Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property.
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking adventures, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable space to enjoy your meals, while the lounge room beckons you to unwind with its cozy seating arrangements.
Outside
Step outside into the fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a delightful outdoor setting. Relax and soak up the sunshine while lounging on the outdoor furniture or fire up the BBQ for a delightful alfresco dining experience.

Sunrise is ideally located just a two-minute drive from Sussex Inlet town centre, where you can explore local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The property is also within a short 5 to 10-minute drive from Berrara and the pristine beaches that dot the area, allowing you to easily enjoy sun, sand, and surf.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
