Under section 713 of Local Government Act , Council are empowered to sell at Public Auction properties with unpaid rates.

It is not possible to physically inspect these properties as we do not have permission to enter the properties.

It is up to intending Purchasers to conduct their own due diligence.

We can provide contracts for each property for perusal interested Purchasers.

Properties that sell for $10,000 or less it will be expected that the whole price is paid on the fall of the hammer, otherwise normal Auction terms of 10% deposit on properties above $10,000.
