DESCRIPTION

Constructed of fibreglass and fire retardant/heat resistant resin, which is not susceptible to corrosion or electrolysis, and provides excellent noise dampening properties. Free flow design ensures minimal back pressure. These water lift silencers are suited for above or below waterline installations for sail or power vessels and should be installed conforming to safe recommended practices for small craft. For optimum service life, continuous operating temperatures should be less than 93ÁC. Suitable for wet exhaust systems only. Meets USCG/Navy heat resistance and fire retardancy MIL-R-21607 and MIL-R-7575. For 'V' type cylinder block applications where two exhaust systems per engine are used, divide the total horsepower by two and then select the appropriate size. For 'V' applications where exhaust is routed to one silencer, use total horsepower to make selection.
