Flush Horn Cleats 135mm Flush Horn Cleats 175mm 192192 Cast 316 stainless steel construction, flush mount, pull up - push down, horn cleats. Adjustable movement friction, ensures that cleats remain firmly in the up or down position.

Supplied with mounting studs, nuts, washers and backing plate to suit 12mm to 50mm thick decks. Optional drainage receptacle to suit 10mm hose, is available for both models.192196
