One of the most famous names in motorcycling history, Matchless was founded by Henry Collier in 1891 and he developed his first engine by 1899. By 1902 Collier was manufacturing his racing motorcycles in Plumstead, London, and setting speed and trials results across the UK & Europe
With the rising popularity in motorcycle racing, in the 1950âs Collier introduced his most formidable racer, the beautiful Matchless G45. The G45 gave private entrants an opportunity to be competing with the worldâs best Grand Prix racers.
This spectacular G45 is one of only 78 ever build by Henry Collier. Presently located with our French trading partner the advertised price is ex-Europe.
