DESCRIPTION
Ducati claims the Scrambler Sixty2 model is 'inspired by the youth culture of skateboarding, surfing, and pop music' and makes it attractive to millennials, Gen Zers, and in general, younger or less-experienced riders with use of the approachable 399cc L-twin engine. The Sixty2âs engine is a small-bore version of the 803cc, aircooled desmo V-twin that powers the bigger Scrambler models. It shares some bottom-end parts, and gets its capacity because 400cc is a popular licence class in some countries.
Thereâs six-speed gearbox and the exhaust is a similar, low-slung, two-into-one as the larger Scrambler models. Reliability should generally be good as, being a low-capacity twin thereâs little to go wrong, Ducati reliability is generally very good these days and the Sixty2 is an under stressed, lower performance version of a proven motor. This Scrambler has been decked out with some RJays soft side panniers, a Motodry soft top bag and barkbusters, making it ready for longer and offroad adventures! Comes with 2 keys and the original owners manual
