You will be working alongside the Director. We are looking for an open minded person who is willing to work to the best of their ability. You are to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
The responsibilities are:
Analyze project requirements
Estimate material & costs
Develop detailed cost estimates to support project planning and budgeting
Pay attention to detail & time management
Ability to work under pressure
Assess potential risks and uncertainties associated with a project
