We need to collect personal information from everyone who registers to use puppylist.com.au. This is to protect you, us and everyone else using our site.

The first thing you’re probably wondering is who we give your information to. Rest assured that we will never pass your information on to third parties.

We may, however, share your details with:

  • related companies within the our group of companies to help us provide better services on our site and for other purely business-related purposes

  • a member you buy from or sell to (if you are a bit slack about responding to them yourself) so they can try to contact you to finalise the transaction.

If at any time you want to access personal information that we hold about you, you are perfectly entitled to, provided we still hold information about you.

Inappropriate material

While it is our right to withdraw or alter inappropriate material (including photos, text, or complete ads), If possible you will be contacted regarding these removals, edits or cancellations.

Your responsibilities

Suspending or terminating access to our network

We don’t like to do it, but…

We may suspend, terminate or limit your access to our network if:

  • we reasonably believe that there is a real risk of loss or damage to us or another if we do not suspend, terminate or limit your access (this includes credit risk if you do not pay fees you owe us on time)

  • the law requires us to do so

  • we believe on reasonable grounds that providing you with access is illegal or may become illegal

  • there is an emergency, or

  • we receive a serious complaint or multiple complaints regarding your activity and/or membership. If we need to suspend, terminate or limit your access, we will provide as much warning as we reasonably can.
