1980 Hilite 1980-ies poptop retro van done up

DESCRIPTION

Pop top caravan for sale. +- before 1980 model, but renovated inside.
3.55 long x 1900 wide.
(Width of my car).
700 kgs so can be pulled without special break system in car. (I did have this system installed for a previous van for $350, but it wasn't needed).
Rego till June 2025.

Includes: full annex slides into front of van (circus retro colours green/yellow/orange/brown stripes, will look for pics), poles stored in front of van compartement.
new truck tyres,
New lino floor over new wood floor,
new kitchen bench and front and back walls,
insulated underneath van,
new seat foam (Clark Rubber $1200) and covers (dark grey),
new curtains (dark grey),
fully painted inside (white and light grey),
4 new storage doors installed so there is access to the areas under the seats without lifting the seats,
new mozzie front door,
New shelves in cupboard for storage with baskets,
new mattress to add on top of seats to sleep even more comfortably on double bed,
new waterhose light blue to connect to tap when parked, also has built under watertank to store water,
long special power cord to connect at camping ground to power, includes cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, plastic glasses, toaster, plunger, placemats, camping stove for outdoor cooking (extra),
2 wheel brackets around wheels when parked,
car connection plug adaptor to connect van for lights while driving.

Pop top canvas still original, has a few tiny holes, but no leaks. We taped up the holes. (Can be replaced by buyer, but isn't needed).
Roof is original and has been sealed and doesn't leak through.
Original Winder is a 2 piece winder that keeps falling apart, but you can use a shifting spanner instead to wind down 2 back legs or get it fixed properly.
Fridge is 2-way, electricity and via car, no gas. Incl spare tyre. Incl netting to use bunks as storage while driving.
Top bunk can be taken down to use as couch instead or during the day.
One window doesn't have its original closing clip and we screwed it shut, but if clip gets replaced, can work as normal, or can unscrew when you want to open when parked.
