One owner 24ft caravan TARE 2400kg AGM 3300kg GTM 3000 so lots of load capacity. Simplicity independent suspension. Lots of photos available.
In addition to the usual items such as gas bottles (x2), Water tanks (x2) etc, this one-owner CREATIVE HAVEN was built as a demo for the 2007 Melbourne Caravan Show and has extra features. The PDF Show brochure features this actual caravan. Decals removed. It is fully insulated.
STRETCH out completely on front Club Lounge to watch new 32 HD 4K TV (or swivel and watch from bed).
Pull-out pantry. Double sink with brushed stainless steel splashbacks. Room in centre for easy passing.
Full oven, grill, stove and microwave.
Large 230L 12V compressor fridge including 60L as freezer.
Extra 30L drinks fridge accessible from entry door.

Full annex with large zippered flyscreened windows.

New large Heki2 roof hatch with flyscreen or shade option. New awning cover.
In 2024, brakes and bearings serviced, wheel alignment.
We planned to continue caravaning, but circumstances have changed and, over the last 0-3 years, we had invested in the following NEW ITEMS: Large roof Skylight, Compressor fridge, replacement LED Roof lights, 120Ah Lithium deep-cycle battery, Lithium Battery charger, VAST box & dish, High gain TV antenna, 32 HD 4K TV, STARLINK with extra fittings, RC Air conditioner, Custom made Mattress, Vent covers for shower and toilet, Roll-out awning cover. Approx $10,000.
Other stuff:
Travelled less than 50km on gravel roads. Once into 80-Mile and Barn Hill. Rest has been on bitumen.
Seats have had covers on since new. The ottoman and cushions that came with caravan has never been used.
Long-reaching power cords, water and sullage hoses included.
