COMFORT PLUS WITH RECLINER CHAIRS

We love our Musketeer and are very reluctantly putting her up for sale. We had a great trip last year and are now finding, together with some health issues, we just don't have the time to get away. So, instead of the van sitting in our driveway waiting to be used, after many debates, we have decided to sell.

This is a very comfortable van, with a great design. The recliner chairs are particularly comfortable when you just want to sit back and read or watch TV, especially when it is very hot outside so you can enjoy the air conditioning inside, without ending up on the bed which is often the case with the dinette arrangement. And the best thing is it is set up for off grid camping. So many lovely free or cheap campsites in this country. All you need is a bit of sun on the solar panel during the day.

The chassis was strengthened in 2022 in order to increase the ATM to 3100 kg (was 2600 kg). (The tare weight is still registered as 2060 kg as this was the weight when leaving the factory but obviously the chassis strengthening added some extra weight to the base unloaded weight. The ATM increase provides a good payload but you do not need to take it to full capacity if your vehicle tow limit is less than the maximum. We do not generally exceed 2800 kg loaded. The Engineers Certificate of Modification can be provided.

Service history is available together with invoices for any work or repairs. The van has just been fully serviced (end March 2025) and servicer commented was in very good condition.

As well as the many features listed below, we will include some basic equipment, i.e. bedding, guy ropes and pegs, one large outside mat. There is a full annexe also available, never been used apart from erecting it once to make sure it works.

Note re tow ball weight - Ball loading at tare is 170 kg, maximum ball weight is 350 kg, we usually use it at 240 to 260 kg fully loaded
