My Compliance 9/2008, 31 to 33 ft Crossroad Cruiser Caravan Fifth Wheel, Combo with Tow Vehicle Dually 2002 ISUZU Dual Cab NPR 250 is for sale. I would like to sell it as a full setup. It is for approximately $54,000 but is a bit flexible. $45,000 for a quick just van sale. I am also Open to Offers, as I need to sell ASAP. PM me and I will get back to you.
The caravan was bought from the first owner via a dealership in 2021. Several modifications were made as power was upgraded to off-grid with 800-watt solar and 500 Lithium Batteries.
Other upgrades on Fifth Wheel
New Main Awning and Annex.
New Split System Air Conditioner and Heater.
New TV with a heavy-duty mount if larger TV wanted.
Brand New never used Full-length Caravan Cover.
Tripod stand for long-term stays.
Couch fold out to double bed in Lounge.
Jason Recliner-type chair.
New tyers placed on caravan and ISUZU on purchase with less than 200kms since.
As Caravan is a US manufacturer a second door is on the left-hand rear, A Deadbolt is placed on the floor of the door for security as does not get used.
The caravan was in storage for one year after purchasing and I have lived in it on a rural block apart from three months at Bells Caravan Park Redcliff Area.
Some work could be done to make it to your liking and some maintenance as required. Not lived in it since Jan 2023 as I moved on to a sailboat.
The tow Vehicle is a 2002 Isuzu NPR 250 STI Dual Cab that can carry 7 people. White with storage on the tray with the Fifth Wheel tow hitch. The Truck has the Dually 4 back wheel set up to take the extra weight. With approximately 276 thousand km, the Kill switch key for the vehicle is hidden. Open to offers after van sold for around 10K
The original Owner had it set up to two other trailers and used it as a sideline business. Doing Deliveries.
It has new 24 and 12-volt batteries set up, and new solar for both as well as of 16 months ago.
