COMMENTS:

Presenting an extremely well maintained Sunsetter Paragon Pontoon Boat
with a Oceanic Trailers Twin Axle Trailer. Currently stored out of the weather
in the owner’s shed on his property close to Lake Eildon in North East
Victoria. The Pontoon Boat has been used on the fresh water of Lake Eildon by
the current owner.
The
Sunsetter Paragon Pontoon Boat comes with an Australian Builders Plate
indicating the boat was built in 2011. Photos of underneath the boat show the pontoons;
boat frame and decking are in very good condition.
The Pontoon Boat is powered by an Evinrude E-Tec 90hp outboard motor
with a 75 litre fuel tank. The motor builders plate indicates the date of
manufacture of the motor being 06-2011. The owner has indicated the motor has
been regularly serviced and is in very good condition. An independent
Mechanical Report can be obtained for any prospective purchaser.
The Pontoon Boat comes with the Oceanic
Trailers Twin Axle Trailer which was manufactured in 05-2012. It is
currently registered in Victoria.
The
layout of the Pontoon Boat provides comfortable and relaxing seating for the
whole family to enjoy the experience with a sun bed at the rear. For a pontoon
boat that is 14 years old the upholstery is still in very good condition
indicating the boat has been very well looked after.
The Captain’s Chair provides a very comfortable seat with adjustment to
drive the boat from with easy access to the motor controls and indicators on
the dashboard. The Rudder Indicator will make it a lot easier to keep it in a
straight line as you power down the Lake. The helm is fibreglass and is well
presented and easy to look after. For music and entertainment there is the Clarion
Radio with Bluetooth stereo system and speakers.
On the hot sunny days, the large Bimini will provide
protection from the sun. The Bimini can be folded down with a zip bag for road transport.
There is an all-weather cover to protect the internals of the boat for the out
of season months.
